HANDLING CHARGE... We automatically calculate a "Handling Charge" with each order. But it isn't really for "handling." Actually, it's for the INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION of your parcel. This is based on the total value of your purchase. We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and intact, and we've found that the added security of these services makes your experience (and ours!) that much easier.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We will happily exchange any item that has shipped in error. Prior Authorization is required. Exchanged items will ship as soon as your item is returned to us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the US Postal Service, but we will work with you to file a claim for your insured items.
