Dragontown Corset Supply ships around the globe! We ship with the US Postal Service because of their reasonable rates and reliable service. We do not offer UPS, FedEx or DHL services.

We offer our USA customers a flat rate PRIORITY shipping with USPS. So be sure to order everything you need so you can fully take advantage of our inexpensive postal fee! We also offer Parcel Post Shipping for those of you who don't mind waiting for the slow boat. But please do take the time to compare both rates. Sometimes, Priority is less expensive because it's one price. Parcel Post is calculated by the USPS based on weight, size, and distance, which can add up quickly.

HANDLING CHARGE... We automatically calculate a "Handling Charge" with each order. But it isn't really for "handling." Actually, it's for the INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION of your parcel. This is based on the total value of your purchase. We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and intact, and we've found that the added security of these services makes your experience (and ours!) that much easier.

OVERNIGHT and EXPEDITED shipping services are available. Please contact us by telephone if you have a RUSH order so we can better serve you.

CANADA AND OUTSIDE THE USA... We offer Parcel Post and Priority shipping by regular mail. Parcel Post orders can have a maximum weight of 4 pounds. Parcel Post orders heavier than 4 pounds must ship Priority by default, and will have the shipping costs calculated accordingly. There is no parcel tracking service available for Parcel Post orders. Priority shipping automatically includes electronic tracking. Be sure to choose the correct mode of shipping for your location. If you choose USA shipping or CANADA shipping if you are outside these countries, the cost will not calculate properly and your order will be delayed pending payment of the balance due.

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS... Dragontown Corset Supply will not be held responsible for delayed arrival of Canadian and International orders. The US Postal Service dispatches your parcel very quickly to the nearest outbound customs facility, but after it leaves the USA's border, we have no control over how long it takes to arrive at your door. We have little if any tracking information until the parcel has been delivered and the information is relayed by your country's postal service back to the USA. Under no circumstances will Dragontown Corset Supply re-ship an order unless the parcel can be filed as lost or damaged according to your country's postal regulations. In that case, we will file an insurance claim on the parcel, and the items can be re-shipped when the claim is paid.

RESPONSIBLE PACKAGING... At Dragontown Corset Supply, we make it a point to reduce, reuse, and recycle. This means we reuse packing materials that come our way, especially newspaper, foam peanuts, and bubble wrap. It helps us keep useful items out of landfills, and it also helps us keep costs down for our customers. So, if you find that your order has been padded with newspaper from somewhere you've never visited, smooth it out and read it! It might be an article about something interesting. Then, recycle it, reuse it, or compost it!

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We will happily exchange any item that has shipped in error. Prior Authorization is required. Exchanged items will ship as soon as your item is returned to us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the US Postal Service, but we will work with you to file a claim for your insured items. As a policy, we do not issue refunds, so please take the time to review your shopping cart before checking out to be sure your order is correct.

Frequently Asked Questions: ~How quickly will I receive my order? We strive to fill and ship orders in a timely manner! Please allow a 3-business day window for the sorting and packing of your items. If you have a RUSH order, please contact us first by telephone so we can better serve you. RUSH orders will incur an additional $15.00 fee to ship the next possible business day.

~I have questions related to corsetmaking... Email us and ask away! We can't give away all our trade secrets, but we will certainly be happy to give you the tips you need to get you on your way. Every corsetiere had to start somewhere!

~I need something that you don't carry! Well, if it's something that we have a steady request for, there's a good chance that we'll offer it in the future. Otherwise, we'll do our best to help you find it from a reputable source. We know people who know people!
